Supervise Waabi’s night-shift truck and crew operations at its Lancaster terminal, ensuring safe, compliant execution of autonomous-vehicle testing and commercial freight missions.
What you'll do
- Manage shift operations, coordinating assignments with Dispatch and meeting company and customer KPIs.
- Lead and coach Vehicle Operators; manage performance, scheduling, fatigue, and corrective action.
- Oversee safety, compliance, incident response, terminal checks, and the handoff to day shift.
