About the job
Architect and operate Watershed’s GTM systems, data infrastructure, and applied AI workflows to improve pipeline velocity, sales efficiency, and customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Build and manage GTM systems, including Salesforce, CPQ, lead routing, call intelligence, data enrichment, and outbound activation.
- Develop AI agents and workflows, plus the outbound signal engine and its supporting infrastructure.
- Drive adoption and measure trust and business impact; partner with operations, data science, and enablement teams.
What they ask for
- 5+ years in a customer-facing or GTM-facing technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company, including Revenue Systems, GTM Engineer, or RevOps.
- Deep experience with coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code and enterprise agent tooling.
- Deep technical background in system design and architecture, including data models, integrations, automation, and declarative versus code-based tradeoffs.
- Experience managing development environments and deployment pipelines.
Nice to have
