Leads programs to onboard new vehicle platform variants into validation fleets, coordinating readiness from arrival and upfit through testing and deployment.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end program execution, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional decisions.
- Align operational plans with demand, vehicle availability, upfit capacity, and field constraints; resolve issues in depot and field operations.
- Develop and present executive dashboards and metrics, and improve fleet capacity, validation yield, and vendor workflows.
