What you'll do
- Prepare the Global Operations Center and cross-functional teams for major events through readiness frameworks, playbooks, and risk mitigation plans.
- Lead executive briefings and active-event updates, and coordinate with internal teams and municipal and public-sector partners.
- Establish post-event retrospectives to improve operational playbooks, tooling, and municipal coordination.
