Product Operations Manager, Ops Compliance & Regulatory Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Coordinate product and system launches, readiness, deployment, and post-launch improvement across engineering, operations, and external stakeholders.
• Build systems connecting regulatory, manufacturing, and operations systems to support fleet growth.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements and build automated training-compliance and access-control systems.

What they ask for

• 5+ years in a technology-focused role such as Product Management, Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Technical Operations.
• BA/BS degree in a related technical subject, or equivalent practical experience in a technical field / role.
• Experience managing large product rollouts and driving adoption across multiple teams.
• Experience with large datasets, SQL, database integrations, process automation, and defining and building technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Background in regulated or safety-critical technology; familiarity with RBAC, enterprise identity management, or third-party integrations.
• Experience building systems for international scale and global regulatory compliance; proficiency using AI tools for data analysis, coding, or prototyping.

$159,000 — $196,000 USD (base salary)
