Leads financial planning and analysis for Operations, using forecasts, variance analysis, and investment evaluation to inform strategy and resource allocation.
What you'll do
- Manage Operations financial processes and analyze actual spending against forecasts, including variance drivers.
- Evaluate strategic investments and efficiency initiatives, develop measurement frameworks and ROI analysis, and advise Operations leaders on resource allocation.
- Lead reviews of forecast-versus-actual gaps and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to improve growth and forecast models.
