What you'll do
- Build products, features, and infrastructure to support trip growth; develop growth product strategy with senior leaders.
- Partner with data science, marketing, and operations to improve workflows, experimentation, measurement, and execution.
- Address rider growth challenges involving customer acquisition cost (CAC) and rider incentives; analyze consumer data and recommend actions.
