Own signal and power integrity (SIPI) design, simulation, validation, and optimization for hardware products and subsystems.
What you'll do
- Lead project planning and development for SIPI; establish guidelines and stack-up specifications and collaborate on solutions.
- Audit PCB layouts and component placement, and simulate SIPI performance for PCBs, connectors, cabling, and sign-off designs.
- Correlate measurements with simulation models and research technologies to improve simulation efficiency and accuracy.

- Ability to perform system-level SIPI design, modeling, and optimization using simulation software such as HFSS, SIwave, PowerSI, ADS, or HSPICE.

- Hands-on lab capability to debug and resolve SI/PI issues, plus communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience; expertise in SERDES, SoC PI with VR modeling, or LPDDRx interfaces.
- Experience with SI/PI debugging, workflow automation and scripting (Python/Tcl), automotive-grade interfaces, or DoE simulation.
