Leads enterprise incident-readiness exercises and corrective-action programs to strengthen safety and operational response across Waymo and its external partners.
What you'll do
- Design, execute, and evaluate incident response exercises, operational drills, and the long-term exercise roadmap.
- Develop repeatable exercise documentation and evaluation frameworks, and oversee corrective actions through closure.
- Lead an extended workforce team of exercise design specialists and coordinate with operational and public safety partners.
