Develop and optimize low-level Android and Linux software for Waymo’s in-house automotive infotainment platform and system-on-chip.
What you'll do
- Bring up and integrate hardware software, including bootloader configuration, device trees, and kernel ports.
- Customize, debug, and optimize the Linux Kernel, AOSP, and Vendor HALs for the partner SOC.
- Improve system performance, including boot time, scheduling, thermal management, and power efficiency.
