What you'll do
- Analyze fleet data to identify quality trends and systemic risks, and lead root cause analysis, containment, and resolution of field issues.
- Develop scalable field quality processes, tools, and automation; define quality coverage and validate corrective actions.
- Build feedback systems that use field data and lessons learned to improve designs, diagnostics, and operational playbooks.
