Leads the design of onboard compute reliability systems, tools, and diagnostics to prevent, detect, and resolve hardware, software, firmware, and numerical stability issues across Waymo platforms.
What you'll do
- Develop instrumentation, onboard architecture, and scalable tools for reliability monitoring, triage, debugging, and resolution.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to prevent issues from compilers, optimization, and model changes.
- Architect diagnostics for software and firmware faults and influence reliability design for next-generation hardware.
