What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and grow the data engineering team; oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Set the team’s technical vision and roadmap, and oversee scalable data pipelines, stores, and models.
- Establish data quality, governance, security, and performance practices; collaborate with product data scientists, engineering, and operations.
