What you'll do
- Lead model-system codesign and performance optimization across hardware platforms, using profiling and roofline analysis to identify bottlenecks.
- Guide cross-team integration of data generation, model development, and deployment pipelines; develop tools and optimizations for large-scale training and inference.
- Manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 engineers and provide technical leadership across organizations.
