Waymo Operation System Implementation Manager

What you'll do

• Develop standardized operational systems and lead process-improvement initiatives that reduce variability, waste, and cost.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving and coach teams on measuring and improving operational efficiency.
• Partner with leaders to establish operational standards across markets and partners.

What they ask for

• 15+ years of experience in operations management, program management, and/or process improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving and process-improvement skills, including using data and structured observation to establish standards.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and deliver business outcomes.
• Experience planning and managing several large-scale, complex projects; Bachelor’s Degree(s) in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field in a technology-focused industry.

Nice to have

• Experience with process maturity, lean culture transformation, workflow optimization, safety-critical operations, or quality/document management systems.
• Technology-forward approach, including AI tools or agentic-AI-driven operational workflows; Master’s Degree(s) in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

Pay

$190,000 — $234,000 USD (base salary)
