About the job
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fleet Operations teams, supporting hiring across multiple sites and developing scalable sourcing and hiring strategies.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offers, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams on hiring strategies, workforce planning, and process improvements.
- Use recruitment data and market intelligence to track hiring progress, identify bottlenecks, and inform decisions.

Pay
$130,000 to $150,000 USD base salary
