About the job
Leads a US-based team building portable embedded software libraries and APIs that enable Wayve’s autonomy software to run across automotive platforms.
What you'll do
- Recruit, coach, and develop engineers while owning team delivery and quality.
- Set the roadmap, align priorities with stakeholders, and communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
- Contribute hands-on to architecture, design, code review, and implementation.
