Diagnose and repair vehicle software and hardware issues in the field, keeping Wayve’s fleet operational while following safety procedures.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve vehicle faults on-site, meeting a 5-minute issue response target.
- Coordinate troubleshooting, updates, and handovers with field engineers and cross-functional teams, including through on-call rotations.
- Follow safety and repair procedures and contribute feedback to improve field support.
