Leads training strategy and delivery for Wayve’s Fleet Operations teams in the US and Japan, building consistent, adaptable programs that support safe and effective operations.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver onboarding, technical, safety, compliance, and professional-development training, including learning paths and competency programs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps, adapt training to local requirements, and support operational and technology changes.
- Assess training effectiveness using performance data and feedback; improve programs and support local trainers.
