Lead Technical Program Manager, Data

What you'll do

• Build, hire for, coach, and lead a small technical program management team.
• Own planning and execution across the data roadmap and lead flagship data platform, pipeline, curation, annotation, and dataset programmes.
• Coordinate across Data, ML, Engineering, and suppliers; manage dependencies and risks, and use metrics to improve delivery and communicate progress.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of hands-on technical program management experience delivering data programmes across platforms, pipelines, enrichment, curation, or labelling.
• Experience building or scaling a programme function and leading people and processes.
• Technical depth in data platforms, pipelines, and large-scale distributed infrastructure, including petabyte-scale platforms; understanding of data ingestion and DAGs.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, GPUs, and training and inference for models with 500 million to 20 billion parameters.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale distributed data platforms used by hundreds of engineers and researchers, or autonomous vehicles, robotics, or other large-scale data and ML programmes.
• Engineering or computer science degree, engineering work experience, or familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira.

$259K – $312K (base salary; compensation type not specified)
