About the job

Lead research and development of foundation models and learning systems for general-purpose robots, from data and training infrastructure through evaluation and real-robot deployment.

What you'll do

  • Lead research on robot foundation-model architectures, data, and learning approaches; implement and evaluate models and methods.
  • Curate large-scale video datasets and build scalable distributed training pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Guide robot policy, data, and model decisions; collaborate across research, engineering, and robotics teams and communicate findings.

What they ask for

  • Deep machine-learning experience focused on one or more of vision-language models, video models, robot policies, or foundation models for robotics or embodied AI.
  • Experience with scalable training, such as multi-node training, large datasets, and/or large-model training.
  • Strong research record, including publications in top-tier venues such as ICRA, CoRL, CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.
  • Strong coding skills and modern machine-learning-framework experience; ability to drive research independently and translate ideas into working systems, experiments, or deployed capabilities.
