Senior Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Develop performance metrics and design experiments to measure progress against product requirements.
• Investigate model training and inference bottlenecks, and test hypotheses for improving the AI Driver.
• Communicate analytical findings to support engineering prioritization and strategy.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Science role.
• Production-level SQL and experience building large datasets and data-transformation pipelines.
• Experience designing robust real-world experiments and evaluating test statistics.
• Strong statistical foundations and proficiency in a statistical scripting language and data science or machine-learning packages.

Nice to have

• Practical machine-learning experience, such as PyTorch, and interest in taking research ideas to production.
• Experience with causal inference, econometrics or Bayesian methods; distributed computing; or promoting experimental best practices.
