Senior Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Investigate model performance and evaluation results, using statistical analysis to produce recommendations for engineering teams.
• Improve evaluation metrics, test coverage, and measurement methods based on simulation and on-road findings.
• Partner with Data Science, Validation, and Product to strengthen evaluation practices and release decisions.

What they ask for

• Hands-on experience with ML evaluation data, driving-performance metrics, or complex test results at scale.
• Experience applying statistical methods to A/B testing and experimentation, including confidence intervals, distributions, and sampling.
• Proficiency in Python or SQL and comfort analyzing large datasets.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, safety-critical ML systems, simulation-based testing, or on-road experiment analysis.
• Experience with OEM or partner validation workflows, or improving evaluation infrastructure and measurement methodology.
