Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Vision Models

What you'll do

• Build, train, fine-tune, benchmark, and improve offline scene-understanding models.
• Define quality standards and statistically credible evidence for validation pipelines and safety cases.
• Collaborate across modelling, evaluation, data curation, and simulation teams; mentor others.

What they ask for

• 4+ years in ML engineering and experience training and shipping deep-learning models in production.
• Hands-on experience with modern computer-vision, transformer, multimodal, or VLM architectures.
• Experience adapting or fine-tuning large pretrained or foundation models; understanding of data, loss, and representation trade-offs.
• Proficiency in Python and PyTorch or a similar framework, and comfort with large-scale training.

Nice to have

• Experience in 3D scene understanding, offline modelling, auto-labelling, temporal or world models, autonomous vehicles, robotics, or distributed training.
