Senior / Staff Systems Engineer, AI Validation

What you'll do

• Own validation strategy and execution for one or more driving-behavior competencies.
• Develop metrics, automated tests, scenario coverage, and acceptance criteria; run evaluations and investigate failures.
• Report findings and coordinate with Product, Safety, AV Engineering, Release, and evaluation teams.

What they ask for

• Hands-on behavior-validation experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or a related product domain.
• Experience beyond basic lane-keeping or conventional ADAS, with understanding of L2+, L3, or L4 validation challenges.
• Professional Python skills and experience implementing metrics, tests, or evaluation tooling.
• Systems thinking and ability to turn ambiguous requirements into practical automated tests and communicate findings.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, large datasets, AI tooling, or agentic workflows.
