About the job
Build and lead Wayve’s Vehicle Software SRE team, establishing reliability practices and software systems for deploying, monitoring, and recovering onboard software across vehicle platforms.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage engineers while setting the team’s structure, operating model, and technical strategy.
- Design systems and write production code, and lead technical investigations, incident reviews, and critical code reviews.
- Work with Vehicle Software teams to improve reliability, release safety, observability, and incident response.
