About the job
Leads technical testing and demonstration programs, aligning development teams with field operations and improving on-road validation and operational readiness.
What you'll do
- Coordinate global testing, demonstrations, customer programs, and on-road validation.
- Translate technical plans into field action plans and coordinate schedules, safety, and vehicle availability with Fleet Operations.
- Establish field-to-development feedback loops and use fleet metrics to improve operational processes.
