Vice President, AI Data

What you'll do

• Set the data strategy and own the learning loop from real-world signals through data discovery, curation, training, evaluation, deployment, and measurement.
• Lead data acquisition, enrichment, and investment decisions, including finding rare and safety-critical scenarios and connecting data value to model performance.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary Data organisation and scalable global data strategy.

• Significant experience as a senior engineering or technical leader building and leading high-performing technical organisations.
• Experience at the intersection of AI, data, and large-scale model development, with data capabilities influencing model training, evaluation, and performance.
• Deep technical expertise in computer vision, video, multimodal AI, perception, or related large-scale ML problems.
• Experience with data discovery, selection, curation, and enrichment at scale; strong technical and commercial judgement.

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, or embodied AI.
• Experience with large-scale video or multimodal foundation model training, semantic search, embeddings, active learning, auto-labelling, or large-scale real-world data acquisition.
