What you'll do
- Lead customer research, co-design, usability testing, and validation with advisors, enterprise clients, and end-clients.
- Own information architecture, interaction design, workflow patterns, navigation, and accessibility standards across the platform.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate customer insights and usage data into user flows, specifications, and product improvements.
