What you'll do
- Manage closing workflows, review loan documents and closing disclosures, reconcile fees, and meet TRID timelines.
- Execute funding reviews and wire authorizations; resolve complex investor conditions and post-closing issues.
- Partner with internal teams, engineering, and vendors to improve closing systems and triage escalations.
