About the job
Provides hands-on IT support to team members, including troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and setting up Windows and Mac workstations.
What you'll do
- Respond to support queries about computer systems, software, and hardware; diagnose and resolve problems.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, and maintain system performance.
- Configure new Windows and Mac workstations, create team-member accounts, and assist with online software configuration.
