What you'll do
- Coach and mentor a team of 12+ copywriters/editors, manage workloads, and track deadlines.
- Assign and oversee content projects from briefing through completion, ensuring they meet client goals and quality standards.
- Improve team workflows and standards using output data, and coordinate with marketers on project progress and client needs.
