A customer-facing Solutions Engineer who translates finance and billing needs into product configurations and workflows, supports sales cycles, and relays customer insights to Product and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Configure customer contracts, pricing, metering, invoicing, and workflows; develop solutions for billing, revenue recognition, and reporting.
- Support Sales with demonstrations, sandbox setups, RFP responses, and discovery discussions with finance and technology leaders.
- Create customer-facing documentation and onboarding materials, maintain demo environments, and share customer insights internally.
