Leads customer-facing design, deployment, operation, and troubleshooting of production Ceph object-storage environments while coordinating customer issues with WEKA Engineering and supporting strategic accounts.
What you'll do
- Architect, deploy, operate, and maintain large-scale Ceph clusters, including lifecycle management, incident response, and reliability improvements.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned customers, tracking issues and driving resolution with WEKA Engineering and Product.
- Monitor customer environments, provide technical guidance, and create operational documentation and runbooks.
