Build and lead WEKA’s internal and executive communications program, advising senior leaders and communicating company strategy, change, and AI-related work to employees.
What you'll do
- Produce flagship internal events and support executives with messaging, presentations, preparation, and high-stakes communications.
- Own internal channels and editorial planning; translate the company narrative for employees and partner on culture and engagement programs.
- Build repeatable communications processes and AI-assisted workflows, and use engagement data to improve programs.
