What you'll do
- Oversee order entry, processing, fulfillment, shipment confirmation, and status monitoring; resolve delays and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on shipment accuracy, order changes, escalations, and exceptions.
- Improve processes and monitor KPIs for order accuracy, cycle time, shipping lead time, and on-time delivery.
