Sr. Technical Alliance Engineer – AI Platform

What you'll do

• Explore integration opportunities with alliance partners and conduct partner certification and validation.
• Develop and run use-case-based benchmarks, optimize performance, and validate storage and AI/ML workloads.
• Create technical content and deliver presentations, webinars, and workshops to customers, partners, and field teams.

What they ask for

• Strong understanding of parallel file systems and storage benchmarking tools.
• Hands-on infrastructure setup and configuration experience; strong knowledge of NVMe storage.
• Experience with AI/ML workflows, NVIDIA GPU architectures, GPUDirect Storage (GDS), and Spectrum-X networking.
• Deep knowledge of file system internals, storage networking, and data management; experience in a storage lab troubleshooting performance issues.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerized and cloud storage architectures; familiarity with RDMA, InfiniBand, RoCE, and high-speed networking.
• Prior experience as a TME, Solutions Architect, or Storage Performance Engineer in a storage-focused company.
