What you'll do
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and other routine service transactions.
- Understand customer needs, explain relevant services and digital banking options, and connect customers with bankers when needed.
- Follow operational policies and controls, resolve routine concerns, and escalate complex issues or risks.
