Provides customer banking support across multiple branches, including relationship-building, account services, cash transactions, and referrals to appropriate products and specialists.
What you'll do
- Cover multiple branches, supporting customer banking needs, account openings, service requests, credit applications, and teller activities.
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, recommend relevant solutions, and make referrals to specialists.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service while coordinating with branch teams and adapting to changing locations and customer needs.
