Supports customers’ everyday banking needs in a branch by building relationships, opening accounts, processing transactions, and connecting customers with suitable banking products and services.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, identify needs, and refer customers to relevant products, services, or specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, and credit applications; handle cash and process teller transactions.
- Deliver accurate, compliant service and collaborate with branch teammates to support customer needs.
