Supports customers’ everyday banking needs through relationship building, product referrals, account services, cash handling, and compliant in-branch service.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, understand their needs, and connect them with relevant banking products, services, and specialists.
- Support account openings, service requests, credit applications, and cash transactions while following operational and risk controls.
- Promote branch growth through outreach and referrals, and use digital tools to support customer banking needs.
