What you'll do
- Recruit and retain Financial Advisors and coach teams to grow net asset flows, lending balances, and sales.
- Manage branch staff, workflow, client service, risk and compliance, expenses, and P&L.
- Build employee engagement and community relationships, and collaborate with market leadership and support partners.
