Leads one or more Wells Fargo Advisors branches, driving advisor recruitment and growth while managing staff, client service, risk, compliance, and branch finances; this is a non-producing role.
What you'll do
- Recruit and retain Financial Advisors, coach teams, and grow net asset flows, lending balances, and sales.
- Manage branch operations, including staff, client service, risk and compliance, expenses, P&L, and exceptions.
- Partner with market leadership and support teams to execute strategy and serve clients and communities.

- 7+ years of Financial Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
- US only: FINRA Series 7 and 63 examinations, or FINRA-recognized equivalents, sufficient for immediate FINRA registration.
