Leads a branch sales team to grow and retain customer relationships while delivering strong service, coaching, and operational risk management.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to improve sales, service, productivity, and performance.
- Identify customer financial needs and connect customers with appropriate consumer, business, and digital banking solutions.
- Manage branch growth, operations, and risk; coordinate with internal partners across wealth, business banking, and home lending.
