What you'll do
- Supervise teller operations, scheduling, service quality, and compliance; resolve or escalate operational concerns.
- Coach, motivate, and develop direct reports, and support hiring and talent development.
- Manage branch operations staffing and financial resources; engage customers and refer interested customers to a SAFE team member for dwelling-secured products without taking applications or negotiating terms.
