Supports branch operations by processing teller transactions, assisting customers, managing operational issues, and helping the branch manager and team meet business objectives.
What you'll do
- Process and approve teller transactions, connect customers with bankers and digital banking solutions, and identify services that meet their financial needs.
- Complete operational tasks, minimize risk, support scheduling, and resolve or escalate teller-line and customer concerns.
- Help motivate the team and deliver customer service in accordance with bank procedures and policies.
