Build and grow relationships with small-business clients by managing their banking needs, recommending financial products, and acquiring new customers.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of business clients, owning onboarding, relationship growth, and new-client acquisition.
- Analyze clients’ goals and operations to recommend business banking, credit, treasury, and digital solutions.
- Prospect and collaborate with internal partners, Relationship Managers, and Lending Officers to grow client relationships and support complex needs.
