About the job
Build and manage relationships with small business banking clients by assessing their needs and recommending financial products and services.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients, including onboarding, relationship development, and new client acquisition.
- Assess clients’ goals and financial needs, recommend suitable products and services, and follow applicable policies and risk guidelines.
- Prospect and network with clients and partners, support referrals, and coordinate with Relationship Managers and Lending Officers on complex needs.
