About the job
Build and manage relationships with small business clients, assess their financial needs, recommend banking solutions, and grow a portfolio through service and prospecting.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients, typically with $500K to $2MM in annual sales, across onboarding, relationship development, and client acquisition.
- Assess clients’ goals and operations and recommend suitable business accounts, credit, treasury services, and digital tools while following policies and risk guidelines.
- Prospect and network for referrals, collaborate with internal partners, and support complex client needs with Relationship Managers and Lending Officers.
