Build and grow relationships with small-business clients by managing their banking needs, recommending financial products, and acquiring new customers.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of business clients, owning the client journey from onboarding through relationship growth and new-client acquisition.
- Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend business accounts, credit, treasury services, and digital tools in accordance with policies and risk guidelines.
- Prospect and network for referrals, collaborating with internal partners, Relationship Managers, and Lending Officers.
